The 2020 iPhone generation is supposed to be a major overhaul of Apple’s flagship product by all means, including here changes not only in terms of features, but also from a design cash storm coins perspective. Three years after refreshing the iPhone with a new look as part of the iPhone X debut, Apple is getting ready to roll out another redesign, albeit at some level, we can actually say the company’s returning to an idea that it first used back in 2010.
Because according to super-reliable Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, the 2020 iPhone lineup could be based on the iPhone 4 appearance, which is, in fact, one of the most successful designs double win coins the iPhone ever used since its debut in 2007. iPhones could thus no longer boast a rounded-everything look, but instead bring back the boxy approach that made iPhone 4 so successful.
“Old and new” The 2020 iPhone could thus represent a new mix of old and new, obviously with Apple’s very own modern touch and a feature lineup that would include latest-generation tech like Face ID. Previous reports indicated that 2020 iPhones could come in new screen sizes, possibly 5.4-inch, 6.1-inch, and 6.7-inch, with all models to feature OLED. The 2019 generation uses LCD panels for iPhone 11 and OLED for iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max. Beginning with the lotsa slots coins next series, however, the iPhone 11 successor is expected to switch to OLED as well. If all these reports on the 2020 iPhones are true, then the new models are likely to represent one of the most substantial upgrades Apple ever released for its smartphone.
The design a la iPhone 4 is just the icing on the cake, and given how successful this model was, I wouldn’t be surprised if many potential iPhone 11 buyers delay the purchase to wait for this more dramatic overhaul next year.
